The Blue Education places special emphasis on the development of each individual's creative potential. It is based on the principle that education must develop not only cognitive capacities but also both the ‘foundational capacities ’of literacy and numeracy and ‘higher-order’ cognitive capacities, including critical thinking and problem solving, as well as social, ethical, and emotional skills.
